Baby Development in 32 Week 

Fingernails of your baby are fully formed and reached to tips of fingers. Baby’s hair is also getting thicker and may look thin when baby is born. Your baby head will move to downwards now in order to get ready to come in this world but this is not always the case in week 32. Don’t worry. Your baby head move downwards till week 36. In third trimester, try to eat more eggs because:

  • Choline also helps in memory development and reduces the risk of renal and pancreatic disorders.
  • You can add a boiled egg in you breakfast on a daily basis.

Exercises

  • If you have a lot of pain in your pain, one way to loosen your muscles and relax your mind is simple stretches that you can do anytime and anywhere.
  • You can do pelvic floor exercises to soothe backaches, improve posture, relieve the added weight to your pelvis and also help to ease labor and delivery.

Precautions

  • Follow the tips to stay safe in second trimester of your pregnancy:
  • Stays hydrated and drink lots of water.
  • It is good for you to adjust your exercise routine. Some women in 2nd trimester may suffer from problem of congestion but it’s good to keep a check on medications that you are taking to relieve from such problems.
