Baby Development in 
10 Week 

By 10 week , baby’s growth is really fast. Your baby is taking the shape of a human now. All the vital organs have formed. Bones will continue to develop. The ears will also get final shape. By this time, fingers and toes are also fully separated. Also the embryonic tail has disappeared. Stomach of baby will start producing digestive juices. Kidneys of baby will be producing large quantities of urine and if it is a boy then your little one has already started producing testosterone.


Diet

Tips for healthy diet in week 10 are:
 Regular intake of protein is important as it provides that kind of energy that keeps you going. You can find lower fat sources of protein in milk, eggs, fish, beans and nuts etc.
 Carbohydrates rich food is also very essential and nourishes your baby. Increase intake of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, baked potatoes etc.
 If you are feeling too much fatigue then it means that there is iron deficiency in your body. You should add iron rich foods to your diet.


Exercise

Regular exercise has many benefits for both the mother and the baby.
